· Strict control on the quality of every spare parts.
· QC department to monitor each step of production process by different tests and inspections.
· Machine should be tested by different common materials and make necessary adjustment before shipment. Photos or sampling videos will be sent to customers for confirmation.
2. Our Warranty
·Warranty period is 12 months since machine reaches to customer's factory.
·Within warranty period, any damage parts caused by machine quality problems can be exchanged for free. Exception: regular consumables (such as cutting tools) or the damage parts caused by man-made irregular operating.
·International Express cost should be paid by customers.
3. Our After-sale Service
· Offer life-time 24 hours online technical support for free. Communication can be achieved by ways of phone, e-mail, whatsapp, wechat, QQ, etc.
· Offer free training for operation & maintenance of equipment. Technicians can be sent to our factory to accept free trainings from professional engineer team.
· Engineers are available for installation, maintenance and training oversea. All expenses should be paid by customer including VISA, air tickets, accommodation, foods, traffics, translates and service fee.
